I am a User Experience (UX) Professional, Strategist, Creative Lead/Manager, Educator and in simple words a creative design problem-solver. My work focus on how users will benefit from engaging with my designs during their online journeys. I strive to find strategic solutions for businesses which are motivated to realize that their success lies within their consumer's experience.

I rely on my business , consumer marketing and design background to conduct a discovery session discussing relevant market research, business goals, and learn about your brand, product, message and audience.
I believe that understanding your users, their needs and online user journeys are the key to improving functionality and ultimately promoting a better online experience. This stage can include market research, competitive analyses, further consulting and exploring possible user focused solutions.
Expanding our vision to include all of the brand touch points that our users come into contact with along their journey and by understanding their paths we can formulate an action plan to align the research with the business goals and set the strategy.
In the digital design phase, I can translate the strategy to design tactics in order to develop user personas, scenarios, information architecture and journey maps. Through refinement I can lead the delivery of user interface wire frames, mock ups or final design specifications or prototypes.
Managing user experience (UX) requires the strategic alignment of the right talent and practices in the organization: all in the interest of keeping deliverables on track and providing progress to meet milestones. I can manage projects and teams with clear understanding of deliverables, timeline and expectations. I can collaborate with content strategists, developers, usability and accessibility experts.
As part of the ongoing quality assurance practice our solutions need to evolve to stay current in the digital world. Crafting any user experience that iterates, builds, and delivers quality products is indeed challenging and requires further testing to learn how real users react online after launching our solutions. Gathering ongoing feedback is a key to continuous improvement with follow up action plans.
